APPOINTMENT COURTESY POLICY
Every appointment at Serenity Nails & Spa is thoughtfully reserved to provide the attentive, unhurried experience that defines Serenity. We kindly ask our guests to honor the time reserved for them and their technician.
LATE ARRIVALS
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Guests arriving late should understand that their appointment may be subject to delays or service modifications based on salon availability and at the technician's discretion. Certain designs, enhancements, or add-on services may need to be adjusted so we can respect appointments scheduled afterward.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We understand that unexpected circumstances occur. Repeated missed appointments or cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled time may affect future appointment-booking privileges. No deposit is required to reserve a standard appointment.
